Why do I consider Grace Kelly one of my favorite actresses? Grace made several memorable and legendary films, even though her career only spanned slightly short of a decade. The films that she did with Alfred Hitchcock are my favorites. She always presented a strong-willed, but sometimes vulnerable character. Even in musical comedies, like High Society, she showed the depth and emotion of her character, Tracy Lord.

We cannot talk about Grace Kelly without mentioning her style. No matter what outfit she wore, she carried it with such sophistication. The name Grace is so fitting for her. Watch Rear Window and just take a moment to notice all of her fantastic outfits. In my opinion, she is one of the few actresses that knew the importance of her style and manner. This certainly adds to why she is one of the greatest actresses from Classic Hollywood cinema.
